Awesome apartment located right next to campus. Management and staff are awesome, and I along with many others have had no issue with them at all. Location is great, but the residence behind the building is loud sometimes, so I recommend having earplugs ready. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the Arch and the Health Sciences bus stops about a block away on the way back. The apartment comes with a gym but they don’t have free weights. They recently got a Smith machine though. Being close to Health Sciences though means Pound Hall is very close by. The terrace and study room are also neat. The room itself is very modern, but a little small. It’s furnished but I ended up bringing some of my own. Maintenance is very fast, often the same day if not the next day. The common area (kitchen, living room) is very large compared to the bedroom. I’ve had no issues with the room at all. I recommend Uncommon to anyone looking for a safe apartment close to campus. I have not had any of the issues the other reviews had. Everything downtown is walking distance and so are classes if they’re on the north part of campus.
